Gala Fund Raiser

ENTREPRENEURIAL Clevedon Learning Trust students raised £2000 with their summer charity gala dinner.

Sixth-form students from Clevedon School held an incredible evening of food, Cabaret, entertainment, dance, music and drama - all done by students aged 11 to 18.

The student organisers are all studying Business Studies at the school and the event formed part of their real-life business creation, and raised £2,000 for school funds.

Members of the community saw the event in the North Somerset Times and booked in to the event.

Head of School Jim Smith said: "What a fabulous event - we are very proud of all the students who took part. The food was sensational and the cabaret performed by students in Years 7 – 13 was of the highest quality."
