New Peer Listeners for Clevedon School
Students at Clevedon School are being made Peer Listeners in a campaign to inspire everyone to continue to be kind and brilliant.
Students in the sixth form have been made Peer Listeners to be on hand to ensure the culture of ‘Be Kind - Be Brilliant’ cascades right across the school.
The school did a day of ‘All Different, All Equal’ training across the school as part of the national UK Anti-Bullying Week and Differences Aside 365 campaign.
Other activities included a dress up in something purple day and assemblies on the subject of kindness. It is part of the school’s ongoing campaign for respect, diversity, kindness, and brilliance to be shown by every student.
Head of School Jim Smith said: “We are very proud of our students and this Peer Listeners scheme is another way we can make sure kindness and brilliance is demonstrated right across the school. They embraced the whole process with enthusiasm.”
