Record numbers are interested in the next Clevedon School Kenya trip after inspirational student charity work there this year

The Year 12 students went on a two and a half week life-changing trip to Kenya in partnership with local charity, Mend the Gap over the summer, working with their link school and village.

As well as experiencing the cultural richness of East Africa, students continued to develop community links, and were able to help out with the work of the charity in Kenya.

Now there are already record numbers applying for next year’s trip, and the legacy of our Kenya links continues.

“This was an incredible Kenya trip this summer and the students have returned transformed.

“They helped so many people over there and for many it has altered the course of their lives. The experiences are wonderful. We are thrilled that our students are already showing interest in record numbers this year.”
